Hello, how can we help you?

Is the room price per person or per night?

All prices are indicated per night, unless otherwise specified. Some prices may require special identification. Additional guests and / or services that may be subject to extra charges.

¿How do I know if there is availability for my dates?

Enter destination, travel dates and number of people in the search box that appears at the top of our website. Click on “Search” and in a few seconds the system will display a list of all available apartments.

I can't make the payment online with my card. What can I do?

Get in touch with us, and we will help you process the payment by phone.

Is it safe to use the credit / debit card?

Yes. Our payment gateway, to guarantee your security, encrypts the credit / debit card number and encrypts it in a non-usable format.

Once I have made the reservation, will I receive written confirmation from the apartment?

Yes, we will immediately send the confirmation by email.

Can I extend or change a reservation?

If you are not yet at the destination and want to extend your stay in the apartment, contact us via email or telephone contact.

Where can I find the exact address of my apartment?

You will find the complete address of your apartment in the confirmation email after you have made the reservation. In addition, you can see the location of the apartment on the map available in the "Location" tab, in the apartment file.

Times for entrance to the apartments

The entrance to the apartments that do not have an autonomous entrance (see apartment description chosen), is between 15 h and 21 h. After 21 h, there may be an additional cost.

Please confirm your arrival time to avoid unnecessary waiting. In the confirmation email of your reservation, you will find the information to contact us.

Departure / check out times

The apartment must be vacated at 11 am in order to guarantee the entry of another guest on the same day. You will find this information in the confirmation email of your reservation. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need it.

Can I check out after 11 h?

It will depend on availability. Please, if you need to leave after 11 a.m., contact us to see if it is possible.

Can I leave my bags in the apartment after departure?

It will depend on the entrance of the next guest. Contact us and we will try to find the best solution.

What equipment will I find in the apartment?

It depends on the apartment you have booked. In general, you will find the essentials for a comfortable stay from the first moment of your arrival: equipped kitchen, cleaning products, amenities, etc.

I forgot something in the apartment. That I have to do?

Contact our customer service team by phone or by sending an email to info@magnoapartments.com. We will try to locate the lost item and inform you of the shipping options.

How do I collect my apartment keys?

Depending on the apartment chosen, the keys will be given to you by our check-in staff or we will send you prior to your arrival all the information you need to access the apartment by code.

Is there internet in the apartment?

All our apartments have free Internet connection. To check this, see the section "Apartment details" in the file of the chosen apartment.

What appliances will I find in the apartment?

It depends on the apartment that has been reserved. To check it, see the section “Apartment details” in the tab of the chosen apartment. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils.

Can I smoke in the apartment?

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments or in the common areas for other guests.

What do I have to do if an appliance doesn't work?

Contact our staff who will be in charge of managing the fault in the shortest possible time.

Do I have to clean the apartment before I leave?

It is only necessary to leave the apartment in order and throw the garbage in a container. Please do not leave garbage outside the apartment or outside the building portal. Always use the containers that are on the street.

Are sheets and towels provided in the apartment?

Yes, you will find sheets and towels in all the apartments.
