Yes. Our payment gateway, to guarantee your security, encrypts the credit / debit card number and encrypts it in a non-usable format.

The total amount will be charged to the credit card provided once you complete the booking process.

You will find the cancellation conditions in your booking confirmation

After requesting the cancellation of your booking with us, you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation. If you do not receive the e-mail within 48 hours, please contact us to confirm that we have received your cancellation request.

To cancel your reservation, as long as it is in the free cancellation period, you must request it by sending an email to reservas@magnoapartments.com.

If you have a booking in the current free cancellation period, you will not pay any cancellation fee. If your booking is no longer free cancellable or non-refundable, you will pay 100% of the amount as a cancellation fee.

Prices at Magno Apartments may vary depending on the stay (dates, cancellation conditions, number of people, etc.) and the type of property chosen. Choose your dates to see the price.

Yes, we will immediately send you the confirmation by e-mail.

If you are not yet at your destination and you would like to extend your stay in the flat, please contact us by email or telephone.

You will find the complete address of your apartment in the confirmation e-mail after you have made your booking. You can also see the location of the apartment on the map available on the flat page under the tab "Location".

Each accommodation has different conditions. "Non-Refundable" means that a charge will be applied if you cancel or modify your booking. This charge is indicated in the conditions during the booking process and in the booking confirmation. "Free cancellation" means that you can change or modify your booking free of charge if it is done within the stated deadline (e.g. "you can cancel up to X days before arrival"). This deadline is indicated in the conditions during the booking process and in the booking confirmation.

It is requested in order to guarantee the booking, and the card is used to pay at the time of booking.

Yes, always. Magno Apartments uses a secure connection and encrypts your personal and credit card details, and the payment is made through a secure payment gateway.

Most of our properties have cots available on request. If you would like to request a cot for a child up to 2 years old, please contact us and we will provide it free of charge subject to availability.

If you require an invoice, please contact us with all the necessary billing details. After your departure, we will be able to send it to you by e-mail.

All the facilities and services indicated in the advertisement and description of the accommodation are included in the rate.

Check-in / out

The apartment must be vacated at 11 am in order to guarantee the entry of another guest on the same day. You will find this information in the confirmation email of your reservation. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need it.

The check-in time for the apartments that do not have their own entrance (see selected apartment file) is between 15:00 and 21:00. After 9 p.m., may incur an additional cost.

Yes, many of our properties have an access code entry system, which we will provide you with prior to your arrival. In other cases, we will give you instructions on how to collect your keys from somewhere close to your flat.

You can request to enter earlier than usual by informing us in advance of your expected time of arrival. However, we will not always be able to accept this request as it will depend on the availability of the accommodation, whenever possible we will offer you access before the official time or, at least, you can leave your luggage while we clean and prepare the accommodation for your stay.

Accommodation rules

It depends on the apartment you have booked. In general, you will find the essentials for a comfortable stay from the first moment of your arrival: equipped kitchen, cleaning products, amenities, etc.

Depending on the apartment chosen, the keys will be given to you by our check-in staff or we will send you prior to your arrival all the information you need to access the apartment by code.

All our apartments have free Internet connection. To check this, see the section "Apartment details" in the file of the chosen apartment.

It depends on the apartment that has been reserved. To check it, see the section “Apartment details” in the tab of the chosen apartment. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments or in the common areas for other guests.

It is only necessary to leave the apartment in order and throw the garbage in a container. Please do not leave garbage outside the apartment or outside the building portal. Always use the containers that are on the street.
