Terms and conditions

The following are the general terms and conditions applicable to all bookings. In the event of any exceptions, these will be indicated in the apartment description.

These conditions will govern the relationship between Magno Apartments as owner of the website and the persons who make their reservations with us (hereinafter, the CLIENT).



Flexible rate

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the date of arrival and 100% of the amount of the reservation will be refunded.

In case of late cancellations, no refund will be made.


Non-refundable rate

100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

In case of modification or cancellation the prepayment will be non-refundable in full.


Weekly rate

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival and 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.

In case of late cancellations, no refund will be made.



Outstanding balance: The outstanding amount to be paid will depend on the general conditions of each apartment, the full payment must be made on our website through the payment gateway or on the day of arrival at the apartment. You will not have to pay anyone without our consent and you will receive the indications both in the flat file and in the confirmation.

All inclusive: the amount of the reservation includes VAT, water, energy and telecommunications supplies.

Not included: any additional services that the client may contract.



Each booking includes in the price a mandatory cleaning service at the end of the stay. In the case of long stays, a weekly cleaning service can be contracted. All apartments are equipped with sheets and towels. The guest is responsible for leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.



It is forbidden to accommodate more guests in the contracted apartment than the number declared in the reservation (except for children under 2 years of age), except with express authorisation and prior payment of the price increase.



Use of the apartment: By making a reservation on our website, the client and his/her companions undertake to make proper use of the rented apartment.

Damage caused: The client will be responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, except for normal wear and tear caused by daily use. In the event of losing the keys, the client shall be liable for the costs of making copies and/or changing the lock.



NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, except on balconies, terraces, patios and gardens.

RULES: It is very important to respect rest, so we ask you not to carry out noisy activities between 22h and 10h. Parties and the entry of non-guests are forbidden and will result in expulsion from the apartment. It is essential to behave civically and make good use of the common areas of the building where the apartment is located. Non-compliance: serious and/or repeated non-compliance by the client or their companions with the conditions set out above will give Magno Apartments the right to demand the immediate abandonment of the apartment, without any compensation.

PERSONAL DATA: In compliance with article 5, section 1.a), of Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform the client that the personal data provided to us will be included in a file duly registered in the Register established for this purpose by the Data Protection Agency, and will be used for the efficient provision of the services contracted. Only those employees and suppliers who need to know such data in order to provide such services will have access to them. In any case, the client may exercise the rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation provided for in the aforementioned Law.

ARRIVAL: The entrance to our apartments is from 15h onwards.

DEPARTURE: the apartments must be available for cleaning from 11h. Booking an apartment on the website implies acceptance of these general conditions, as well as the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of Seville.
